Summer is almost upon us and I thought I would share some more refreshing, healthy foods and workout plans to get everyone motivated for bikini season!
Fromt left to right- banana, almond, & coconut smoothie, oats, rasperry, & almond parfait, and frozen watermelon!
Dinner Foods! From left to right- Sweet potato, chicken, quinoa stir fry and Sundried tomato & spinach stuffed chicken breasts.
Now for the workouts-
Sip Super Water: add five mint leaves and 10 thin cucumber slices to a pitcher of water! Mint oil helps flush away complexion-dulling toxins, and vitamins A and C in cucumbers keep skin healthy. A refreshing drink that makes you feel like you're at the spa.
