2014's Wedding season marks the return to true romance. It's a return to the classic chivalry, inspiring the kind of romance that Weddings used to possess. Rachel Griffiths from Wedding Guides says "Weddings are going softer, sweeter, lusher and more heartfelt." This return to romance will leave its mark on wedding history, bringing the sweetness and formality back to love. This leads us into our first new trend in 2014, which is the entertainment of the big day!
1. Big Band Entertainment is a must!
This wedding season brings back Big Band entertainment, which gained its fame once again from the rise in popularity of movie The Great Gaspy. This type of music inspires endless hours of dancing and fun that you and your guests are sure to never forget!

2. Pink is Back!!
This Wedding season marks the return of pink, that is the blushes, the nudes and the peaches. It marks the perfect occation to be a beautiful bride and make your wedding party and event "pretty in pink"!

3. Chevrons are out, Patterns are in!
Cheverons were big last year but this year's sytle is marked by trellis-patterns, bold stripes, florals and sequins!
4. Also, a Return to "Traditional":
The 2014 wedding season is also marked by a renewed appreciation for the "traditional" wedding style. Women are wanting their weddings to contain elegant staples such as crystal candlesticks and gold-rimmed china, making women feel like princesses on their big day.

5. Freehand Wedding Invitations
Something new that has recently gained popularity is freehanded illustrations on wedding invitations. We all have our idea about what the "perfect" invitation would be and it is now possible to make your dream come to life! The artists who craft these invitations are said to be able to draw essentially anything on an invitation that a bride could dream up. Also, invitations are getting smaller than the traditional 5x7 invitation, making the already beautiful invitation even more precious.

6. Keeping the '90s alive!
The last trend is perhaps the most stunning: the appearance of the crop top dress. Style of wedding gowns is continuously changing but this fashion statement as a big change from the traditional wedding gowns. Along with this comes the return of the '90s style music at weddings.
